What Type Of Information Is Collected?

In respect of candidates and applicants the information collected is of a personal nature. This information is obtained purely for the purpose of helping you when applying for a job position. Information such as your name and address together with history about your previous employment, education, nationality and information you provide on your CV are all collected. We do not however collect information regarding your age or date of birth unless you wish to provide this voluntarily.

Can I Remove My Details and CV?

You may at any point remove all or part of the details that you have registered with the site. All you need to do is log into your account and choose the removal options.

Do Any Third Parties Have Access To Your Data?

When you apply for an advertised position your selected data is passed to the advertiser to assess your application. Some of our advertisers use our CV bank to search for suitable candidates. However users of this service only have access to your CV if you have expressly made your CV viewable to employers otherwise your CV and details will remain private.

Your security is very important to us. All data that you provide is stored using electronic means only and is held on secure servers. You may at any time remove any part of the data that we hold on you by logging into your account and amending or deleting any element of the information that we hold.

Do not pay any upfront fees to any advertiser for services such as CV reviews, training or admin costs If you see any job position advertised on our site that you think is suspicious then please contact us quoting the job reference number so that we may investigate the matter further.
