We meet all candidates face to face and never forget that we have two sets of customers - candidates and employers. Our company's Managing Director is Steve Johnson, a chartered accountant who spent 10 years in unit trust administration as a senior manager and a consultant. AC Financial has a policy of recruiting its own consultants from within the investment management industry wherever possible.
