Advertisers:

All advertisers must register their contact details with My Local Job Search prior to being able to post any adverts.

Once an account has been granted and the advertiser posts a job vacancy all content of the advert remains the responsibility of the advertiser, as do the removal of filled positions and any jobs that have expired. The advertiser will indemnify My Local Job Search in respect of any claims made or liability attaching to the advertised position.

My Local Job Search makes no Guarantees with regard to responses to any advertisements placed. Any applications made by candidates in respect of advertised positions will be sent using our e-mail service and all content contained within the application is the responsibility of the candidate. Any personal details of the candidate such as qualifications, work experience, eligibility to work in the UK and any other legal requirements must be verified by the advertiser with the candidate. We will not be liable for any of the application or CV content whatsoever.

All or any subsequent dealings between the advertiser and the candidate are the responsibility of the two said parties and My Local Job Search accepts no responsibility in connection with the application or recruitment process.

The advertiser must adhere to and comply with all Data Protection Act Laws, Anti Discrimination Laws and any other lawful employment requirements. In the case of employment agencies or employment businesses the advertiser must comply with all provisions set out under the Regulations and the Employment Agencies Act.

If the advertiser is and Employment Agency or Employment business it must state in each advertisement in what capacity it is acting with regard to the advertisement.

My Local Job Search monitor the quality of jobs from time to time. We reserve all rights to remove without consultation to the advertiser, any advertisement that we feel could be illegal or which we consider to be inappropriate. We will remove any advert that appears to be a get-rich-quick scheme, fraudulent, promotes racial hatred, sexual discrimination, keyword stuffed spam or adverts that include web addresses or contact details such as telephone numbers or email addresses. We will also suspend or close any account without notice where we think that the activities are illegal.

Any abuse by advertisers of this site will result in account termination without notice.

Job Advertisements:

The content of all job advertisements is the responsibility of the advertiser. We do not vet or check the validity of vacancy information and although we try our hardest to make sure that any information posted is correct we cannot guarantee or accept liability loss or damage in respect of any information contained in any advertisement that has been placed on this site.

Using Our Job Site:

Use of our site, the viewing of content, pages and information may only be carried out for personal non-commercial purposes and must be lawful. We log all IP addresses of each and every visitor and any individual (s) attempting to access any unauthorised areas of the site, spam the site or crash our servers using automated or any other means, will be prosecuted. No pages on this site (whether it be coding or textual) or information provided may be reproduced or modified. All intellectual property, content, coding, or information contained on this site is the property of My Local Job Search and if in doubt reference should be made to our Copyright statement. You will be held responsible for any unlawful remarks (obscenities, discrimination , offensive or otherwise) that you make. Any comments that are made in this context will, if found, be removed and copies of the offending article forwarded to the relevant legal governing bodies. Whilst we do our very best to try and maintain this site in a professional manner for all those who use it unfortunately from time to time problems may occur. There are also times periodically where we may have to make adjustments to the site and its contents which may involve the site being down for a short period of time. We accept no responsibility or liability attaching to any errors, omissions or interruptions in service whatsoever.

Account Termination:

If we feel that you are in breach of any of our terms and conditions or are carrying out actions against our site which, as a result, could damage our site we will terminate your account without notice or explanation.
