An opportunity has arisen to join a successful manufacturing comapny based in Birmingham as an assistant accountant. Duties will include looking after the ledgers, dealing with cash management, resolving queries and producing ad hoc reports as and when required. There is an element of management accounting, producing monthly management accounts and financial accounting producing statutory accounts and consolidating information. Reporting in to the Financial Controller this is a super step for an ambitious accountant
